Can you believe Easter is this Sunday!!! So thankful for Jesus's sacrifice and so thankful to celebrate His resurrection!! I am truly blessed beyond measure!!!
Since Easter snuck up on me, I have been trying to get everything ready for our Build a Basket Event and our Easter Eggstravaganza!!
We sure hope you all can come in and join us for the events!! We look forward to the Eggstravaganza every year! It is so fun to see what you all draw out of the Easter Basket before you check out!! We have lots of fun items for our customers that day!
If you haven't heard about our Build a Basket, let's give you some details!!
All you have to do is come in, pick a basket from our large selection, from 2 of our non-profits, walk around the store filling it with the perfect items for that loved one and we will get you all set up and ready to go! That simple!!! This is for ALL budgets!!!

Have you been enjoying the warmer days? We have a few chilly ones sprinkled in but definitely headed for Springtime temps for sure!!! I have been taking extra walks outdoors when I can and love seeing all the beautiful flowers and trees blooming!!!

I'd say the beginning of the growing season is right at the top, because I know the produce is not far behind! Let's be honest, I do love to eat!!! HAHAHA

Looking for a great potluck dish, or just a side that your whole family will love? With the broccoli-cheddar casserole, you’ve found it! This amazing recipe is cheesy, crunchy, and, above all, delicious!
Cheddar-Broccoli Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (10.7 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cup butter-flavored crackers, crushed
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
Place 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained, in a mixing bowl.
Add 1 cup mayonnaise.
Add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
Add 1 (10.7 oz) can cream of mushroom soup.
Put 2 lightly-beaten eggs into bowl.
Stir ingredients.
Mix until thoroughly combined.
Spread mixture evenly across bottom of 9 x 13″ pan.
Sprinkle the crumbled crackers over the mixture and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
Place in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven. Serve hot and enjoy!
A great dish for Easter Dinner too!!!
