Well we made it to March and Spring is just 19 days away!!! We've been spending a little more time outdoors with the warmer temps! Our daffodils are blooming at the store. The ones at our house are always late to the party LOL That's okay, this way I can enjoy them twice :) Are your flowers and trees trying to bud and bloom? Praying Winter is behind us and Spring will stick around!

Have you started your seeds yet???? IT IS TIME!!! Martin has been busy working on and in our greenhouse preparing for this years garden! We are planning out the size and what we want to grow this year, so be watching for updates as we get closer to May!
Well it is that time again for this week's recipe!
Speaking of vegetable gardens, as we head into the growing season we wanted to share this delicious "salad"! This will certainly eat like a meal! You can always add your spin on it too!!
Pantry Pasta Salad Recipe
Ingredients you will need:
1 (12 oz.) package twist rainbow pasta
1/2 head fresh cauliflower, cut into small florets
1/2 head fresh broccoli, cut into small florets
1/2 red onion, cut into 1/2″ chunks
1 C. cheddar cheese, cut into chunks
1 C. pepperoni slices, cut in half
1 (16 oz.) can black olives, drained
3/4 C. Italian dressing
Cook twist rainbow pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain pasta and let cool. Cut your vegetables as needed. Add cauliflower and broccoli to cooked pasta. Add cheese, pepperoni, black olives. Add Italian dressing. Mix well. If you want to make this salad in advance, add a little more Italian dressing before serving. Serve and enjoy!
