Well as we are saying goodbye to April, I thought about this past month and all the ups and downs. We have definitely had temperature swings to say the least! This month has went by fast and I certainly have enjoyed having those local strawberries come in early. How about you? I have been busy in the kitchen canning our homemade Strawberry Jam and Strawberry Jalapeno Jam. I've been making our super popular Strawberry Butter too. I actually just had some with our crumpets this morning for breakfast! YUMMO!
